Dr. Alan Rosenberger has proudly provided expert surgical care to his patients for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Centura, he worked in private practice in north Denver. Dr. Rosenberger earned his medical degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he served as chief resident his final year. Dr. Rosenberger is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
As an early adopter of laparoscopic surgery, Dr. Rosenberger helped to bring about a new standard of care using minimally invasive video-assisted surgical techniques in many operations. Dr. Rosenberger is an active medical leader and has served on multiple hospital committees, including serving as the Chief of General Surgery, Chief of Trauma, Chief of Surgery, Medical Director of the Surgery Service Line and Vice Chairman of the St. Anthony North Medical Executive Committee.
Dr. Rosenberg’s personal philosophy of patient care is to provide the best surgical care in the most efficient manner for patients. He endeavors to always use the least invasive but proven methods to allow patients the shortest hospital stay and recovery for their diagnosis.
He sees patients at the Westminster office on the St Anthony North campus.
