Juhi Asad, DO, FACOS is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist and board certified in general surgery. She received her doctor of osteopathic medicine from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a general surgery residency at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. After completing her residency in general surgery, Dr. Asad went on to complete a fellowship in breast surgery at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital/Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. Her breast surgical oncology fellowship involved understanding all aspects of the care for breast patients. Dr. Asad spent time rotating through medical and radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, genetics, reconstructive plastic surgery and honing her breast surgical skills to improve overall patient outcomes. Her practice is focused on breast cancer, high risk patients and benign breast disease. She is an advocate for women’s health and is passionate about ensuring women receive the most up-to-date care for diseases of the breast. Dr. Asad has been the medical director of the Lutheran Breast Care Program for the past 10 years.
She sees her patients in Golden and Wheat Ridge.
