Dr. Levy was born and raised in Golden, Colorado. After high school, he attended the University of Montana in Missoula, where he graduated with high honors in Human Biology and Chemistry. He received his medical degree from Des Moines University - College of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Michigan State University - McLaren Macomb Campus in Detroit, Michigan. While in residency, he received extensive trauma training while working in many underserved areas.
He is a fourth-generation doctor, and through his experiences with his father, developed a passion for medicine at a young age. His father has imparted on him the importance of communicating with his patients. Dr. Levy strives to ensure that his patient's questions and concerns are heard, and they feel comfortable with their care plan, no matter how minor or complex the procedure may be.
Dr. Levy is excited to return to his home state so he can be close to his family as well as the mountains. In his free time, he likes to hike, climb, mountain bike, whitewater kayak, and snowboard.
He sees patients at the Longmont office.
